Murder in the Air Mystery Theatre podcast

Host and crime fiction writer Laurie Fagen interviews authors who also read their mystery, suspense or thriller short stories, or a chapter from their published books. In addition, sprinkled throughout the series, the podcast will feature radio-theatre-style sections from the audiobooks for Fagen's three crime fiction novels. These incorporate professional actors, original music and sound effects.

“Murder in the Air Mystery Theatre” is the name of the weekly podcast hosted by crime fiction writer Laurie Fagen, featuring interviews with and readings by mystery, suspense and thriller authors, with radio-theatre-style episodes from Fagen’s first two audiobooks, “Fade Out” and “Dead Air.”

In the premiere episode, Fagen, a former broadcast journalist, reads her crime fiction short story, "Floating," which was published in the 2012 Sisters in Crime Desert Sleuths anthology called SoWest: Desert Justice, and was her published writing debut.

Season #2 of “Murder in the Air Mystery Theatre” is a weekly podcast hosted by crime fiction writer Laurie Fagen, features interviews with and readings by mystery, suspense and thriller authors, with radio-theatre-style episodes from Fagen’s third audiobook, "Bleeder." New this season: "Author Xtra" featuring additional writer promos.
